The Government Contacted Tehreek-e-Insaf for Constitutional Amendment

The government has initiated contact with Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) regarding a proposed constitutional amendment. According to a report from Dunya News, Prime Minister’s adviser Rana Sanaullah has requested PTI to review the draft of the amendment.

Luncheon for Arrested Members 

On Monday, Speaker Ayaz Sadiq hosted a luncheon in honor of the arrested PTI members. During the event, Rana Sanaullah urged PTI representatives to consult their legal team concerning the draft amendment. He also suggested they engage with the founding members of PTI to gather insights.

Consultation with Leadership 

In response, PTI members advised the government to reach out to their leadership for further discussions on the constitutional amendment. This collaboration highlights the ongoing dialogue between the government and PTI as they navigate this important issue.
